基于里德伯原子AC-Stark效应的工频电场测量 被引量:7

Power-Frequency Electric Field Measurement Based on AC-Stark Effect of Rydberg Atoms

摘要 在室温铯原子蒸汽中制备42D态里德伯原子,并基于里德伯原子的电磁诱导透明光谱实现了工频电场的测量。实验中利用双光子激发方式制备了42D态里德伯原子,通过改变耦合光频率获得了阶梯型电磁诱导透明光谱。研究了里德伯原子在射频(RF)电场作用下的光谱频移和分裂与RF电场幅度和频率的关系。采用将工频电场幅度调制到RF电场的方式,实现了对工频电场强度和频率的测量。研究结果对工频电场的在线可溯源测量具有重要的参考价值和意义。 The 42 D Rydberg atom is prepared in cesium vapor at room temperature,and the power-frequency electric field is measured based on the electromagnetically induced transparency spectrum of Rydberg atom.The42 D Rydberg atom is prepared by two-photon excitation,and the stepped electromagnetically induced transparency spectrum is obtained by changing the coupling frequency.The relationship between the spectral frequency shift and splitting of Rydberg atom under radio frequency(RF)electric field and the amplitude and frequency of RF electric field is studied.By modulating the amplitude of power-frequency electric field to RF electric field,the measurement of power-frequency electric field intensity and frequency is realized.Research results has important reference value and significance for online traceable measurement of power-frequency electric field.
