摘要 对汽车用6005A-T6铝合金型材进行MIG角接焊接,探讨了焊接工艺参数对焊缝气孔的影响规律。采用无损探伤分析气孔缺陷,观察角接接头的金相显微组织。结果表明:6005A-T6铝合金型材角接焊接时,适当提升焊接热输人对焊缝外观质量有利;合适的焊接热输人,有利于降低焊缝内部氢气孔数量和大小;焊接接头距离焊缝中心约15 rmn处存在硬度软化区,受焊接热循环作用,该处发生过时效软化;在焊接电流220A、焊接电压24 V、焊接速度9 mm/S、送丝速度3 m/min、气体流量16 l/min情况下,可以获得焊缝成型美观的MIG焊接头。 MIG fillet welding was performed on 6005 A-T6 aluminum alloy profile used for automobiles. The influence law of the process parameters on the weld pores was discussed, and analysis on pores was done in a non-destructive way. Metallographic microstructure of the angle joints was studied. The results show that appropriate promotion of the welding heat input will lead to better weld appearance. Suitable welding heat input is beneficial to reduce the number and size of hydrogen pores inside the welding seam. A hardness softening area exists about 15 mm from the center of the weld, which has been overage-softened by the welding heat cycle. In the case of welding current 220 A, welding voltage 24 V, welding speed of 9 mm/s, wire feed speed of 3 m/min, gas flow of 16 L/min, a beautiful MIG welding joint can be obtained.
