建设工程招投标合谋研究热点演化及其态势分析

Analysis on Evolution and Trend of Research Hotspots on Collusion in Construction Project Bidding

招投标合谋是我国建筑市场的一大顽疾,挖掘建设工程招投标合谋研究领域的研究热点及其演化历程,可以为建设工程招投标领域的研究者、政策制定者提供相对丰富情报和决策依据,以协助其深入研究或科学治理建设工程招投标合谋现象。基于Python语言环境构建LDA模型,以建设工程招投标合谋研究领域的期刊及会议论文为研究对象,先识别该研究领域生命周期全局与不同阶段下的主题分布,后计算相邻阶段主题间的关联度,刻画该领域研究热点的演化历程。建设工程招投标合谋研究领域生命周期全局主题分布于合谋成因、合谋行为及腐败网络。合谋成因、合谋行为主题的研究贯穿于该研究领域生命周期的各个阶段,是稳定的研究热点;问题与对策、招投标风险主题的热度逐渐消散、融入其他主题;法律规制、评标机制、腐败网络成为近年来该领域的新兴研究热点。

Based on the current research situation of construction project bidding collusion which mainly focuses on qualitative analysis, the research hot spots and evolution process of this field are quantitatively studied from the perspective of the research topic, and the research development trend is predicted. This paper constructs LDA model based on Python language environment, and takes journals and conference papers in the research field of construction project bidding collusion as the research object. Firstly, it identifies the topic distribution of this research field in the full and different phases of life cycle, then calculates the correlation degree between topics in adjacent stages, and describes the evolution process of research hotspots in this field. The themes of overall life cycle in the research field of construction project bidding collusion are distributed in the collusion causes, collusion behavior and corruption network. The research of collusion causes and collusion behavior theme runs through all stages of life cycle in the research field, so it is a stable research hotspot;the heat of problems and countermeasures, bidding risk theme gradually dissipated, so that these themes integrated with other themes;Legal regulation, bid evaluation mechanism and corruption network have become the emerging research hotspots in this field in recent years.
