基于微信平台的管理模式对结肠镜检查者肠道准备的影响

Influence of Management Mode Based on WeChat Platform on Intestinal Preparation for Coloscopy

为探讨基于微信平台的管理模式对结肠镜检查者肠道准备的影响,将2017年8月至2019年12月于郑州市第七人民医院就诊拟行结肠镜检查的2 450例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组1 225例。对照组患者现场预约,医护人员予以口头宣教;观察组患者通过微信平台预约,医护人员通过微信平台对其予以宣教、提醒。比较2组患者肠道准备相关知识掌握情况、肠道准备执行正确率、肠道清洁度、医师满意度和患者满意度。结果显示,1)肠道准备相关知识掌握度:观察组患者检查前饮食注意事项、检查后饮食注意事项、用药方法及注意事项、检查体位、肠道准备良好的标志等方面知识掌握度均明显高于对照组,P <0.05。2)肠道准备执行正确率:观察组患者服药时间、服药频率、服用药量、饮水量、饮食注意事项等方面执行正确率均高于对照组,P <0.05。3)肠道清洁度、医师满意度和患者满意度:观察组均明显高于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,应用微信平台对结肠镜检查者进行管理,实现在线预约,医护人员利用微信平台进行宣教及提醒,可提高患者对肠道准备知识的掌握度,从而提高肠道准备依从率,有助于提高肠道清洁质量及医患满意度。

This study was to investigate the influence of management mode based on WeChat platform on intestinal preparation,divided 2450 patients to be subject to coloscopy in Zhengzhou City’7 th people’s hospital from 2017-08 to 2019-12 into control group(1225 cases,made an field appointment for coloscopy,then,in field staff thought inspection knowledge to them)and observation group(1225 cases,through WeChat platform patients made an appointment,staff thought to them and reminded in the platform);then,compared both groups’ patients’ status on mastering relevant knowledge,right rate of implementing,clean degree of intestinal tract,doctor’s satisfactory degree,and patients’ satisfactory.As results,1)mastering degree on relevant knowledge(contain:diet notice before and after inspection,medication method and notice,posture for inspection,and the marks on good intestinal preparation,etc)of intestinal preparation:observation group was significantly higher than control group(P <0.05);2)right rate of implementing(including medication time,frequency,and drugs’ volume,drink water volume;as well as diet notice,etc):observation group was higher than control group(P <0.05);3)clean degree of intestinal preparation,doctor’s satisfactory,and patients’ satisfactory degree:observation group was all higher than control group(P <0.05).Results show that through WeChat platform performing management can enhance patients’ mastering degree on intestinal preparation knowledge,so patients’ compliance to intestinal preparation just be enhanced,thus,is helpful to uplift clean degree and doctor-patient satisfactory degree.
