有氧运动对结直肠癌术后辅助化疗患者癌因性疲乏及生活质量的影响

Influence of Aerobic Exercise on the Cancer-related Fatigue and Quality of Life in Colorectal Cancer Patients Undergoing Postoperative Adjuvant Chemotherapy

为探讨有氧运动对结直肠癌术后辅助化疗患者癌因性疲乏(CRF)及生活质量的影响,将118例结直肠癌术后辅助化疗患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各59例,对照组患者接受常规出院康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上指导患者进行有氧运动,比较2组患者干预前后CRF及生活质量。CRF应用Piper疲乏修正量表(RPFS)评价,生活质量应用生活质量问卷QLQ-C30评价。结果显示,1)CRF:护理干预前,2组患者均存在不同程度的CRF,组间比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;护理干预后,2组患者CRF情况均有所改善,组间比较,观察组优于对照组,P <0.05。2)生活质量:护理干预后,2组患者躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能、社会功能各维度评分均明显升高,P <0.05;组间比较,观察组各维度评分更高,P <0.05或P <0.001。结果表明,结直肠癌患者术后辅助化疗期间均存在不同程度的CRF,有氧运动可有效缓解患者CRF,提高其生活质量。

This study was to investigate the influence of aerobic exercise on the cancer-related fatigue(CRF)and quality of life in colorectal cancer patients undergoing postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy,randomly divided 118 cases met above conditions into control group(59 cases,after discharged,routine rehabilitation care)and observation group(59 cases,based on control group,patients taking aerobic exercise according to introduction);then,compared both groups’ CRF and quality of life before and after intervention(CRF was evaluated by RPPS,quality of life by QLQ-C30 questionnaire).As results,1)CRF:there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05);but after intervention,though both groups all got improved,the CRF of observation group was superior to that of control group(P <0.05).2)quality of life:after intervention,in body function,role function,recognitive function,emotion function and social function at different dimensions ratings both groups were significantly enhanced(P <0.05),but that in observation group was more higher than in control group(P <0.05 or P <0.001).Results show that during chemotherapy these patients all have CRF at different extents,taking aerobic exercise can effectively relieve their CRF,and uplift their quality of life.
