两种头皮条切取法对毛囊单位获得率的影响

Comparison of follicular unit acquirement rate in the harvest of scalp stripe by two different incisions

目的探讨平行四边形切口和梭形切口头皮条切取法毛囊单位获得率的差异。方法自2017年10月至2020年1月,中国医学科学院北京协和医学院整形外科医院毛发移植中心对127例患者分别采用平行四边形切口和梭形切口头皮条法获得毛囊,统计1 cm2头皮条的毛囊数量,采用配对t检验比较平行四边形切口和梭形切口两种方法的毛囊获得率差异。结果平行四边形切口切取法的毛囊单位获得率显著高于梭形切口切取法,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用平行四边形切口头皮条法可以获得更多的毛囊数量,减少毛囊的损耗。

Objective To explore the differences between parallelogram incision and fusiformis incision in the harvest of hair follicular unit. Methods From October 2017 to January 2020, the hair follicles in 127 patients were harvested by parallelogram incision or fusiformis incision. The number of hair follicles in 1 cm2 scalp stripe were calculated. The differences of follicular unit acquirement rate between parallelogram incision and fusiform incision were compared by paired t-test. Results The hair follicle acquirement rate by parallelogram incision was significant higher than that by fusiformis incision. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the harvest of hair follicles by scalp stripe method, parallelogram incision could achieve more hair follicles and less damages than fusiformis incision.
