青少年心理自立、成就动机与坚毅个性的关系

摘要 为探究青少年心理自立、成就动机、坚毅品质之间关系,采用青少年自立量表、成就动机量表以及青少年学业坚毅自陈量表对605名在校青少年进行测查,结果表明:第一,青少年心理自立与成就动机显著正相关、心理自立与坚毅品质显著正相关、成就动机与坚毅品质显著正相关;第二,青少年心理自立对其坚毅品质起正向预测作用,预测效应为41.18%;成就动机在心理自立变量对坚毅品质的影响中起部分中介作用,中介效应为25.45%。研究得出的结论是心理自立及成就动机是青少年坚毅品质养成的重要影响因素。 In order to explore the relationship between teenagers psychological self-supporting,achievement motivation and quality of grit,605 teenagers are surveyed by using the senior teenagers self-supporting scale,achievement motivation scale and concise grit self-report scale.The results show that.There is a significant positive correlation between teenagers psychological self-supporting and achievement motivation.There is a significant positive correlation between teenagers psychological self-supporting and grit quality.And there is a significant positive correlation between students achievement motivation and the grit quality;Psychological self-supporting of teenagers can predict positively the quality of grit,and the effect of prediction is 41.18%.Achievement motivation plays a partial mediating role in the effect of psychological self-supporting on grit quality,and the mediating effect is 25%.The research shows that psychological self-supporting and achievement motivation has a great influence on the development of girt quality of teenagers.
