面向高比例新能源配电网的灵活性资源综合评价 被引量:23

摘要 随着我国能源转型不断推进和新能源发电成本逐渐降低,配电网中新能源接入比例不断提高。在新能源及负荷波动带来灵活性需求的基础上,提出了基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价法相结合的灵活性资源综合评价方法,对储能、可中断负荷等配电网灵活性资源进行分析,建立了灵活性资源综合评价指标体系。基于模糊综合评价的层次分析法,结合两层决策指标和专家打分对各灵活性资源进行定量综合评价,根据评分结果确定适用于不同渗透率下新能源配电网灵活性需求的灵活性资源类型。该方法可以分析各灵活性资源的发展趋势,实现对配电网未来发展过程中灵活性资源的选择,为未来配电系统的灵活规划提供依据。 With the continuous development of China's energy transition strategy and the coming renewable energy sources grid-parity,the penetration proportion of renewable energy sources integrated to the distribution network has continued to increase.Based on the demand of flexibility caused by renewable energy sources and load fluctuations,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method for flexibility resources based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,analyzes the flexibility resources of the distribution network such as energy storage,interruptible loads,etc.,and establishes a comprehensive evaluation index of flexibility resources.Based on the analytic hierarchy process of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,a quantitative comprehensive evaluation is carried out for each flexibility resource by combining the two-layer decision index and expert scoring.According to the scoring results,the flexibility resource types suitable for the flexibility demand of new energy distribution network under different permeability are determined.The development trend of each flexibility resource is analyzed to realize the selection of flexible resources in the future development of the distribution network,which provides a basis for the flexible planning of the future distribution system.
