气相色谱法同时检测化妆品中的苔黑醛、氯化苔黑醛和新铃兰醛 被引量:5

Determination of Atranol Chloroatranol and Lyral in Cosmetics by Gas Chromatography

摘要 本文建立了气相色谱同时检测化妆品中苔黑醛、氯化苔黑醛和新铃兰醛的方法,采用甲醇进行提取、DB-17色谱柱进行分离。结果显示,3种目标物在1~100 mg/L范围内线性良好(r^(2)>0.999),样品添加回收率为85.8%~104%,精密度为0.84%~2.42%。由此可见,该方法较为简便,适用于化妆品中苔黑醛、氯化苔黑醛和新铃兰醛的初筛。 A method for the simultaneous determination of moss black aldehyde,chlorinated moss black aldehyde and new lily aldehyde in cosmetics by gas chromatography was established.It was extracted by methanol and separated by db-17 column.The results showed that the linearity of the three targets was good in the range of 1~100 mg/L(r^(2)>0.999),the recovery was 85.8%~104%,and the precision was 0.84%~2.42%.It can be seen that the method is simple and suitable for the preliminary screening of moss black aldehyde,chlorinated moss black aldehyde and new lily of the valley aldehyde in cosmetics.
