底泥中氟喹诺酮类抗生素残留检测方法的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,氟喹诺酮类抗生素作为广谱抗菌药物被广泛应用于水产养殖中。但由于其溶解性较差、且性质稳定、不易降解,过量使用会在养殖环境和底泥中累积,增加水产品种患病风险。因此需要开展对养殖环境底泥中氟喹诺酮类抗生素残留的检测,以有效防控过量用药的风险。本文就底泥中氟喹诺酮类抗生素残留检测方法的研究进展进行阐述,以期为相关人员提供参考。 In recent years,fluoroquinolones are widely used in aquaculture as broad-spectrum antibiotics.However,due to its poor solubility,stable nature and difficult degradation,excessive use will accumulate in the breeding environment and sediment,increasing the disease risk of breeding varieties.Therefore,it is necessary to detect the residue of fluoroquinolones in the sediment of aquaculture environment in order to effectively prevent and control the risk of overdose.In this paper,the research progress of fluoroquinolone antibiotic residue detection methods in sediment is described in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
