摘要
为识别家具检测中金属件的喷涂和电镀2种表面处理工艺,本文结合2种工艺的原理、类型和特点等,提出了3种喷涂和电镀工艺的简便识别方法:刮膜法、表面粗糙度法和膜厚法,供检验人员参考实践。
In order to identify the two surface treatment processes of spraying and electroplating of metal parts in furniture inspection,this paper combines the principles,types and characteristics of the two processes,and proposes three simple identification methods for spraying and electroplating processes:scraping film method,surface roughness method and film thickness method for reference and practice by inspectors.
