The optimization of material reserve in power enterprises is an important means to reduce enterprise operating cost and improve work efficiency.Through the research of material category optimization,demand forecast models,balancing inventory and demand declaration,this paper mainly reduces enterprise operating cost,avoids inventory backlogs,and solves the problems such as demand confusion and irregular management;through the construction of power distribution network material reserve optimization applications,it promotes the standardized management and control of material category,demand,and inventory,so as to provide technical support for the decision-making of the optimal allocation of materials in the relevant departments of the power enterprises.
