摘要
依据火花光源原子发射光谱法原理并且利用光电直读光谱仪,开展生铁试样中硅锰磷硫碳的多元素同时检测。为保证分析结果的质量,测试过程进行质量控制:用铜模制取白口化生铁,优化制样和分析条件,这样提高了光谱分析生铁结果的准确性。5种元素的相对标准偏差(n=10)均小于5%,分析速度快,可满足现代高炉快节奏生产需求。这种方法将为炼铁、炼钢工艺过程提供科学合理的数据支撑。
Based on the principle of spark discharge atomic emission spectrometry and photoelectric direct reading spectrometer,simultaneous determination of Si,Mn,P,S,C in pig iron samples was implemented.In order to ensure the quality of the analysis results,quality control was carried out during the testing process.A copper mold was used to prepare white pig iron and sample preparation and analysis conditions were optimized at the same time.In this way,the accuracy of spectral analysis of pig iron can be guaranteed.Since the relative standard deviations(n=10)of the five elements were all less than 5%,the fast analysis method is thought to be capable of meeting the demand of the modern blast furnace featuring fast-paced production,and thus can provide scientific and reasonable data support for ironmaking and steelmaking.
