基于文献计量分析的国内误吸研究趋势分析

Trend analysis of domestic aspiration research based on bibliometric analysis

目的:通过分析国内误吸相关研究的发展现状和趋势,为未来相关领域的研究提供参考和建议。方法:在知网(CNKI)、维普和万方数据库中检索2011年1月-2020年12月国内有关误吸的所有学位论文、期刊论文和会议论文进行统计和计量分析。结果:共检出有效文献1021篇,文献数量在近十年总体呈上升趋势;受各类研究基金资助的文献仅73篇,资助比例仅为7.15%,其中受省部级基金资助最多的省份为湖北省和广东省;论文被引频次大于20次的共48篇,其中有2篇文献被引频次在160次以上;研究内容主要集中在吞咽功能障碍、脑卒中、护理干预、鼻饲/肠内营养和老年病等方面。结论:近十年来误吸已逐渐成为研究热点,文献的数量逐步增加,但是质量仍有待提升,需要通过多中心、大样本的真正随机化样本进行更为严谨的随机对照临床研究,进一步明确和完善对误吸筛查、诊断和护理的量化标准,以更好地指导临床和护理工作实践。

Objective:To provide the reference and suggestions for future aspiration research through the analysis of the status and trend of domestic aspiration related researches.Methods:All academic papers,journal papers and conference papers related to aspiration in China from January 2011 to December 2020 were retrieved from CNKI,Weip and Wanfang databases for statistical and bibliometric analysis.Results:A total of 1021 effective literatures were detected,and the number of literatures showed an increasing trend in recent ten years.There were only 73 literatures funded by various research funds,and the funding proportion was only 7.15%,among which Hubei province and Guangdong Province received the most funds from provincial and ministerial funds.A total of 48 papers were cited more than 20 times,of which 2 were cited more than 160 times.The research contents mainly focus on swallowing dysfunction,stroke,nursing intervention,nasogastric feeding/enteral nutrition and senile disease.Conclusion:In the last decade,the study of aspiration has gradually become a hot spot,and the number of relevant research literature has increased gradually,but the quality still needs to be improved.More rigorous randomized controlled clinical studies should be carried out through multi-center and large sample randomization,so as to further clarify and improve the quantitative standards for aspiration screening,diagnosis and nursing,so as to better guide clinical and nursing practices.
