摘要
劳动教育在学科教学中的渗透是对我国高校现有课堂教育模式的创新和挑战,不仅有助于我国高校学科教学质量的提升,而且对学生劳动素养的提高以及全面发展也具有重要意义。目前部分高校存在自身劳动教育资源有限,高校学科教学与劳动教育资源结合方式不完善等问题,同时,我国高校学科教师现有教学能力不足以及教学方式单一等问题的存在,也不利于实际教学工作的开展。基于此,研究分析劳动教育因素与高校学科教学的有机结合,专门探讨劳动教育因素的运用方式、劳动教育理念的更新,对于促进劳动教育因素充分融入课程评价体系建设,提升我国高校实际课程建设质量具有参考意义。
The penetration of labor education in subject teaching is an innovation and challenge to the existing classroom education model in colleges and universities in China.It not only helps to improve the quality of subject teaching in colleges and universities in China,but also is of great significance to the improvement of students’labor literacy and all-round development.At present,some colleges and universities have some problems,such as limited labor education resources and imperfect combination of discipline teaching and labor education resources.At the same time,the existing teaching ability of discipline teachers in colleges and universities in China is insufficient and the teaching method is single,which is not conducive to the development of practical teaching work.Based on this,the research and analysis of the organic combination of labor education factors and university discipline teaching,and the professional discussion on the application mode of labor education factors and the renewal of labor education concept have reference significance for promoting the full integration of labor education factors into the construction of curriculum evaluation system and improving the quality of actual curriculum construction in colleges and universities in China.
