高职院校在线教学学生满意度影响因素分析 被引量:1

Research on Influencing Factors of Students’Satisfaction in Online Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 为探究学生满意度的影响因素,推动高职院校在线教学更好发展,基于ACSI模型和信息系统成功模型构建了高职院校在线教学学生满意度影响因素模型,采用问卷调查法收集数据,利用结构方程模型进行模型检验。结果表明:学生对在线教学的整体满意度处于中等偏上水平,不同性别学生之间的满意度存在显著差异。学生期望、感知支持服务质量、感知课程信息质量和感知系统质量是影响高职院校在线教学学生满意度的关键因素。基于研究结论提出了相应的建议。 In order to explore the influencing factors of students’satisfaction and promote the better development of online teaching in higher vocational colleges,this paper,based on the ACSI model and the Informations Systems Success Model,constructs a model of influencing factors of students’satisfaction in online teaching in higher vocational colleges.The data is collected by questionnaire survey and the model is tested by structural equation model.The results show that the overall satisfaction of students with online teaching is at the upper-middle level and there are significant differences in satisfaction among students of different genders.Student expectation,perceived support service quality,perceived course information quality and perceived system quality are the key factors affecting student satisfaction in online teaching in higher vocational colleges.Based on the research conclusions,the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
