Announcement of the National Medical Products Administration and the China National Intellectual Property Administration on the Promulgation of the Measures for the Implementation of the Early Resolution Mechanism for Drug Patent Disputes(Trial Implementation)(No.89 of 2021)

On the basis of the Patent Law of the Peopled Republic of China,the National Medical Products Administration and the China National Intellectual Property Administration have organized and formulated the Measures for the Implementation of the Early Resolution Mechanism for Drug Patent Disputes(Trial Implementation),which are hereby issued with the consent of the State Council,and shall come into force on the date of promulgation.
