古树名木保护管理的供需平衡性研究--以济南市大明湖景区为例

Study on theBalance of Supply and Demand in the Protection and Management of Ancient and Famous Ttrees --Take Daming Lake Scenic Area of Jinan as an Example

就目前来看,古树名木保护策略的主要矛盾依旧为大量的古树名木与匮乏的管护资源之间不平衡的矛盾。研究基于古树名木的保护现状,把现有管护措施定义为“供”,实际管护需求定义为“需”。从古树名木“供”与“需”两方面进行综合对比,综合现状供需平衡性将超出古树名木所需的管护资源重新分配,以期更多的古树名木获得相对应的管护措施。文章以随机抽样大明湖景区内的古树名木为例,探讨了针对不同供需关系的古树名木的调整策略。从供需平衡性方面就古树名木的保护管理模式与措施进行探索,对目前古树名木的管护策略有一定的实践与指导意义。

From the current point of view,the main contradiction of the protection strategy of ancient and famous trees is still the unbalancement between a large number of ancient and famous trees and the lack of management and protection resources.Based on the protection status of ancient and famous trees,the research defines the existing management and protection measures as"supply"and the actual management and protection needs as"need".From the perspective of“supply”and“demand”of ancient and famous trees,a comprehensive comparison is made.The comprehensive current supply and demand balance will be redistributed beyond the management and protection resources required,in the hope that more ancient and famous trees will receive the corresponding value.Management and protection measures.This article takes a random sampling of ancient and famous trees in Daming Lake scenic area as an example,discusses the adjustment strategies of ancient and famous trees according to different supply and demand relations.explores the protection and management modes and measures of ancient and famous trees,for existing management and protection measures.Which has certain practical and guiding significance.
