松褐天牛羽化规律及松材线虫病可疑罹病木取样检测鉴定时间初步探索 被引量:3

摘要 为准确预警松材线虫病发生,及时对松材线虫病开展防控部署,必须对松材线虫病疫情进行精准鉴定,开展传播媒介昆虫松褐天牛的羽化规律和松材线虫病可疑罹病木取样时间的观测研究,可以提高测报的精度和效率。2020年4—10月,在栖霞市桃村镇进行了松材线虫病传播媒介昆虫松褐天牛的羽化规律研究,并对松材线虫病可疑罹病木样本进行了不同取样时间的检测,发现栖霞市褐梗天牛比松褐天牛的数量更多且羽化时间更早一点,另外秋季取样鉴定比4月份和7月上旬取样鉴定的准确率更高。试验结果可望为胶东地区松材线虫病传播媒介-松褐天牛的防治提供一定的基础数据,也能为其他同行在做相关研究时提供借鉴。 In order to warn accurately the occurrence of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and carry out prevention and control deployment of B.xylophilus in time,it is necessary to identify accurately the epidemic situation of B.xylophilus,and carry out observation and research on the eclosion law of transmission vector insect Monochamus alternatus and the sampling time of suspected diseased trees of B.xylophilus,which can improve the accuracy and efficiency of prediction.From April to October 2020,we studied the eclosion law of M.alternatus,the vector of B.xylophilus,in Taocun Town,Qixia City,and detected the samples of trees suspected of B.xylophilus at different sampling times.It was found that the number of Arhopalus rusticus Linnaeus in Qixia City was more and the eclosion time was earlier than that of M.alternatus,In addition,the accuracy rate of sampling and identification in autumn was higher than that in April and early July.The results were expected to provide some basic data for the control of M.alternatus in Jiaodong area and provide reference for other colleagues in related research.
