摘要
顽拗性种子是林木种子保存过程中的重要难题,这些种子主要是木本植物种子,体积较大,具有重要经济价值,但是目前缺乏系统分析和梳理。因此,针对已报道的顽拗性种子,从概念、种类、地理分布、形态特征、脱水敏感性和分子机制等方面阐述了种子顽拗性特征,分析了低温保存和超低温保存方法,为林木顽拗性种子分类鉴定和保存提供参考。
Recalcitrant seed is an important problem in the process of forest seed preservation.These seeds are mainly woody plant seeds with large volume and important economic value.However,there is a lack of systematic analysis and carding at present.Therefore,in view of the reported recalcitrant seeds,the concept,species,geographical distribution,morphological characteristics,desiccation sensitivity and molecular mechanism of recalcitrant seeds were elaborated,and the methods of low-temperature preservation and cryopreservation were analyzed,so as to provide reference for classification,identification and preservation of recalcitrant seeds of forest trees.
