随着新时代职业教育改革进入攻坚阶段,育人方式改革的外延不断拓展,推进高职教师师德建设与育人方式改革协同发展成为必然选择。与此同时,新时代高职教师师德建设与育人方式也呈现出了新特征、新趋势,高职教师的品德素养也日益得到各方关注与重视。全面推进师德建设与育人方式改革的融合与渗透,将师德师风建设融入实践育人方式改革任务的全过程,有助于全面促进高职院校专业教学发展与师德建设,积极优化高职教师师德师风与工作业绩,提升高职育人方式的创新性与有效性。
