新冠肺炎疫情对辅助生殖中心发展的影响——以四川省人民医院为例

Impact of COVID-19 epidemic on development of assisted reproductive center:a case study of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital

目的:了解新冠肺炎疫情对四川省人民医院辅助生殖中心发展的影响。方法:对2020年1—6月及2019年1—6月(对照数据)门诊量、建档周期量、试管婴儿助孕周期方案、控制性超促排卵周期、冻胚移植周期以及因个人原因取消周期数进行比较。结果:与2019年同一时期比较,2020年1—3月新冠肺炎疫情暴发阶段,助孕周期方案明显以返院时间更长的超长方案为主,而4—6月后疫情阶段,以取卵周期时间更短的拮抗剂方案为主;且两个时间段的门诊量、建档周期量、控制性超促排卵周期及冻胚移植周期均较2019年同一时期有不同程度减少。结论:新冠肺炎疫情对辅助生殖中心门诊量及患者辅助生殖计划均有一定程度影响,应积极采取有效措施改进辅助生殖中心管理及服务质量,提高患者辅助生殖效率。

Objective:To understand the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on the development of assisted reproductive center in Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital.Methods:The outpatient volume,archival cycles,IVF assisted pregnancy cycle regimens,controlled ovarian hyperstimulation cycles,frozen embryo transfer cycles,and the number of cycles cancelled due to personal reasons from January to June 2020 were compared with those from January to June 2019(control data).Results:Compared with the same period in 2019,from January to March 2020(outbreak stage of COVID-19),the assisted pregnancy cycle regimen was mainly ultra-long regimen,while from April to June(post-epidemic stage),antagonist regimen with shorter egg retrieval cycle was mainly used.Moreover,the outpatient volume,archiving cycles,controlled ovarian hyperstimulation cycles and frozen embryo transfer cycles during the two periods were reduced to different extents compared with the same period in 2019.Conclusion:The COVID-19 epidemic has a certain impact on the outpatient volume in assisted reproductive centers and assisted reproductive plans for patients.Effective measures should be taken actively to improve the management and service quality of assisted reproductive centers and improve the efficiency of assisted reproductive for patients.
