摘要
目的调查我国男护士的职业获益感现状,并分析其影响因素。方法抽取我国广东、山东、北京等16省220例男护士,采用一般资料调查表,职业感获益感量表,对其进行调查。结果男护士职业获益感总分为(107.37±15.31)分,正向职业感知维度、良好的护患关系维度、亲友认同维度、团队归属维度和自身的成长维度得分依次为(3.37±0.69)分、(4.03±0.62)分、(3.57±0.65)分、(3.74±0.70)分和(3.84±0.61)分;多元逐步线性回归分析结果显示自愿选择专业、参与临床科研、医护关系、收入水平、医院整体满意度是男护士职业获益感的影响因素(P<0.05),可解释变异量的22.0%。结论我国男护士的职业获益感属中等偏上水平且有待提高,护理管理者应关注未参与科研及收入较低者,同时注意优化医护关系、医院管理和医院文化建设。
Objective To investigate the status quo of male nurses’perceived professional benefits(NPPB)in multiple provinces across the China and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 220 male nurses from sixteen provinces across the china were investigated with Nurses’Perceived Professional Benefits Scale and general information questionnaire.Results In this study the NPPB score was 107.37±15.31.The Results of the comparison between groups showed that the self-selection of nursing major,clinical research,income level,nurse image self-evaluation,doctor-nurse relationship,nurse-patient relationship,and hospital’s satisfaction degree have differences between groups(P<0.05).Doctor-nurse relationship,level of income,voluntary choice of nursing major,participation in clinical research and hospital’s satisfaction degree were factors influencing man nurses’professional benefits by multivariate stepwise linear regression analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion NPPB of male nurses is above the medium level and needs to be improved.Nursing managers should pay attention to those who have not participated in scientific research and those who have low level of income and at the same time pay attention to the optimization of doctor-nurse relationship and the construction of hospital culture.
