基于TOPSIS法、密切值法和RSR法的医院综合质量评价

Quality evaluation of a hospital on TOPSIS method,close value method and RSR method

目的通过3种综合评价法对某医院进行综合质量评价,了解广西某医院近6年的医疗质量情况,为加强某医院的管理提供政策性参考依据。方法选取10个综合评价指标,运用TOPSIS法、密切值法和RSR法对广西某医院近6年的综合质量指标数据进行评价排序。结果TOPSIS法和密切值法排序结果一致,都显示某医院综合质量从2014年到2019年逐年向好;RSR法结果显示2016年综合质量劣于2015年。结论某医院综合质量呈逐年上升态势。发现的问题包括医疗工作量可能影响医疗质量,病床使用率和周转次数过高。对应的措施为,全方位做好医疗质量管理,适当增加固定床位数。

Objective To conduct comprehensive quality evaluation on a hospital through three comprehensive evaluation methods,understand the medical quality of a hospital in Guangxi in the past 6 years,and provide policy reference basis for strengthening the management of a hospital.Methods 10 comprehensive evaluation indexes were selected and TOPSIS were used to evaluate the data of a hospital in Guangxi for nearly 6 years.Results The results of TOPSIS method was consistent,showing that the comprehensive quality of the hospital was improving from 2014 to 2019;RSR method showed that the comprehensive quality in 2016 was inferior to 2015.Conclusion The comprehensive quality of the hospital is rising year by year.The problems found are that medical workload may affect the quality of medical treatment and that bed utilization and turnover are too high.The corresponding measures include comprehensive medical quality management and appropriate increase of the number of fixed beds.
