摘要
钝化温度对镀锡板表面钝化膜的形成和各项质量评价指标有重要影响,通过对不同钝化温度下的镀锡板进行微观形貌、抗性、耐蚀性的表征,结果表明,其他因素不变时,随着钝化温度的升高,镀锡板性能变化规律为先增加后降低。钝化液在35℃时钝化效果最好。
Passivation temperature has an important influence on the formation of passivation film on the surface of tinplate and various quality evaluation indexes. Through the characterization of micro morphology, resistance and corrosion resistance of tinplate at different passivation temperatures, the results show that when other factors remain unchanged, with the increase of passivation temperature, the change law of tinplate performance first increases and then decreases. The passivation effect of passivation solution is the best at 35 ℃.
