青海省清洁能源发展的成效和经验探析

Effectiveness and experience of clean energy development in Qinghai Province

自国家批复青海创建国家清洁能源示范省以来,青海省充分结合地区的资源优势,出台一系列政策机制,积极引导清洁能源发展。经过几年的发展,青海省清洁能源开发利用已达到较高水平,清洁能源利用率不断提升,清洁能源开发示范基地建设取得重大发展,初步建成全国重要的清洁能源产业基地。本文着眼于青海省清洁能源发展的成效和经验,分析结果显示清洁能源在产业发展、供电等领域取得了一定的成效,也彰显了青海省清洁能源开发的良好成果。

Since the state approved the establishment of Qinghai as a national clean energy demonstration Province, Qinghai Province has introduced a series of policies and mechanisms to actively guide the development of clean energy, fully combining the regional resource advantages. After several years of development, the development and utilization of clean energy in Qinghai Province has reached a high level, the utilization rate of clean energy has been continuously improved, the construction of clean energy development demonstration base has made significant development, and the national important clean energy industry base has been initially built. This paper focuses on the effectiveness and experience of clean energy development in Qinghai Province. The analysis results show that clean energy has achieved certain results in industrial development, power supply and other fields, and also highlights the good results of clean energy development in Qinghai Province.
