工业萘结晶包装装置是将液体工业萘流至工业萘转鼓结晶机,经冷却、结晶、切片得到固体工业萘,再经自动计量包装机包装后,产出产品的装置。此次改造通过对刀架的更换,溜槽、料仓的改造及原包装机电磁系统的更换,提高了工业萘结晶包装系统的安全稳定性。此次改造达到预期目标,安全效益和经济效益均达到了显著的效果。
