摘要 为了提高原煤的块煤率,提高开采效率,通过分析某矿9号煤层的地质概况以及开采开拓方式,确定采煤工艺的关键环节,采用俯伪斜长壁式开采方法,在回采过程中,采用单体液压支架和木顶梁联合支护的方式对工作面进行支护,采用全部垮落法对工作面的顶板进行控制,以确保采煤作业的连续,提高块煤率,为企业创造经济效益。 In order to improve the lump coal rate of raw coal and mining efficiency, by analyzing the geological situation and mining development mode of coal seam 9 in a mine, the key links of mining technology are determined. The downward pseudo inclined long wall mining method is adopted. In the mining process, the working face is supported by the combined support of single hydraulic support and wooden roof beam. The full caving method is used to control the roof of the working face, so as to ensure the continuity of mining operation, improve the lump coal rate and create economic benefits for the enterprise.
