摘要
为提升甲醇合成反应器的制备能力,降低其制备成本,以百万吨级的水冷-气冷甲醇合成器为例在研究其工艺流程的基础上,结合实际生产完成大型甲醇合成反应器的模拟设计和关键工艺参数的确定,重点对水冷反应器的进气温度、冷却介质温度以及操作压力对甲醇产量的影响进行研究,为今后提升甲醇产量提供理论性的指导。
In order to improve the preparation capacity of methanol synthesis reactor and reduce its preparation cost, taking the million ton water-cooled air-cooled methanol synthesis reactor as an example, based on the study of its process flow, combined with the actual production, the simulation design of large-scale methanol synthesis reactor and the determination of key process parameters are completed. The effects of inlet air temperature, cooling medium temperature and operating pressure of water-cooled reactor on methanol production are studied, so as to provide theoretical guidance for improving methanol production in the future.
