摘要
介绍了新型五环炉黑水处理系统[1]的工艺流程、主要设备和灰水的特性。通过向黑水系统加入不同比例的絮凝剂,筛选出适合工艺条件的最优添加比例,澄清槽的溢流水满足正常的生产循环要求,pH值在7~8之间,悬浮物(SS)质量分数<50×10^(-6),主要洗涤设备塔盘压差上涨缓慢,满足长周期稳定运行要求,固含量5%左右的灰浆采用卧螺离心机[2]进行分离,滤液循环再利用,滤饼含水率在30%~40%,作为蒸汽砖的原料,实现了固废的再利用。
The process flow, main equipment and ash water characteristics of the new five ring furnace black water treatment system [1] are introduced. By adding different proportions of flocculants to the black water system, the optimal addition proportion suitable for the process conditions is selected. The overflow water of the clarifier meets the requirements of normal production cycle, the pH value is between 7 and 8, and the mass fraction of suspended solids(SS) is less than 50 × 10^(-6). The pressure difference of the tray of the main washing equipment rises slowly to meet the requirements of long-term stable operation. The mortar with a solid content of about 5% is separated by horizontal screw centrifuge [2], and the filtrate is recycled. The moisture content of the filter cake is 30% ~ 40%, which can be used as the raw material of steam brick to realize the reuse of solid waste.
