云南某造纸尾水水质提升工程实例

摘要 采用"表流人工湿地+水生生物塘+潜流人工湿地"处理工艺对造纸厂尾水进行水质提升。工程结果表明,造纸厂尾水设计水质pH为6.8~8.2,COD_(cr)≤80 mg/L,BOD_(5)≤20 mg/L,ρ(NH_(4)-N^(+))≤8 mg/L,ρ(SS)≤30 mg/L时进入人工湿地系统,系统经过2个月~3个月调试运行后,出水稳定,平均出水水质中COD_(cr)、BOD_(5)、ρ(NH_(4)-N^(+))分别为28.3、5.2、0.9 mg/L,即出水能够满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)Ⅲ类水质的要求。利用人工湿地对造纸污水尾水进行深度处理,能够充分利用闲置土地,且投资建设和后期运行费用较低,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。 The treatment process of "surface flow constructed wetland + aquatic biological pond + subsurface flow constructed wetland" is adopted to improve the water quality of the tail water of the paper mill. The engineering results show that the design water quality of the tail water of the paper mill is pH 6.8 ~ 8.2, COD_(cr) ≤ 80 mg/L, BOD_(5) ≤ 20 mg/L, ρ(NH_(4)-N^(+))≤8 mg/L, ρ(SS) ≤ 30 mg/L. After 2 ~ 3 months of commissioning and operation, the effluent of the system is stable, COD_(Cr), BOD_(5) and ρ(NH_(4)-N^(+)) in the average effluent quality are 28.3, 5.2 and 0.9 mg/L respectively, that is, the effluent can meet the requirements of class III water quality in The Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water(GB3838-2002). The use of constructed wetland for advanced treatment of papermaking wastewater tail water can make full use of idle land, with low investment, construction and later operation costs, and has good economic and environmental benefits.
