摘要
近年来,随着京津冀地区环保形势的日益严峻,延长结焦时间已经呈常态化趋势,而如何解决结焦时间延长对焦炭的质量产生的不利影响以及焦炉炉体的影响的问题还未见有报道。主要研究了延长结焦时间对焦炭质量产生的影响以及优化配合煤配比,建立新的焦炭质量预测模型。同时还针对长结焦时间条件下焦炉工艺参数的特点进行压力和温度两个方面的调节,寻找最佳工艺参数。
In recent years, with the increasingly severe environmental protection situation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the extension of coking time has shown a trend of normalization. How to adjust the coal blending structure and how to optimize the coke oven parameters is a new topic for our plant. This paper mainly studies the influence of prolonging coking time on coke quality and the optimization of blending coal ratio, and establishes a new coke quality prediction model. At the same time, the pressure and temperature are adjusted according to the characteristics of coke oven process parameters under the condition of long coking time to find the best process parameters.
