关于碳排放与大气污染物排放分析及治理研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,雾霾污染是我国最严重的空气问题。空气污染是由于大气中排放的污染物,这些污染物可能是自然的,也可能是人类造成的。因此,为了了解空气污染,有必要识别、表征和量化这些排放量。此外,减少空气污染要么需要通过改变产品、工艺或技术来消除其中一些排放,或者使用某些控制技术来减少这些排放。本文介绍了空气污染的主要来源和控制这些排放的技术。首先,描述了空气污染源。接下来,提出了从控制碳排放的基础上,量化相应排放和制定空气污染物排放清单的方法。最后,介绍了用于控制碳排放和颗粒空气污染物排放的主要技术。 In recent years, haze pollution is the most serious air problem in China. Air pollution is caused by pollutants emitted from the atmosphere, which may be natural or human. Therefore, in order to understand air pollution, it is necessary to identify, characterize and quantify these emissions. In addition, reducing air pollution either requires the elimination of some of these emissions by changing products, processes or technologies, or the use of certain control technologies to reduce these emissions. This paper introduces the main sources of air pollution and the technologies to control these emissions. Firstly, the air pollution sources are described. Next, it puts forward the method of quantifying the corresponding emissions and formulating the air pollutant emission inventory on the basis of carbon emission control. Finally, the main technologies for controlling carbon emission and particulate air pollutant emission are introduced.
