摘要
以大学公共体育太极拳选项班学生为实验调查对象,随机分为实验班、对照班,实验班在传统教学的基础上进行16周线上理论知识推送+线下综合身体素质练习+太极拳技能学习综合课堂干预,对照班进行传统教学.结果 :干预后,(1)实验班女生体质指标前后得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),其中50米跑、坐位体前屈、800(女)/1 000(男)米跑三项成绩较对照班成绩提高幅度大(P<0.05);而对照班女生50米跑、立定跳远、仰卧起坐较实验前有一定改善(P<0.05),但坐位体前屈、800米跑较实验前有所降低(P>0.05).(2)干预前、后,实验班学生学习兴趣、自我效能感干得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),两个班男生自我效能感得分好于女生(P<0.05).由此说明,太极拳课堂综合干预有助于改善大学生身心健康状况,提高学生体育学习兴趣.
The students taking the elective class of college public sports Tai Chi were randomly divided into experimental class and control class. On the basis of traditional teaching, the experimental class was given 16 weeks of comprehensive classroom intervention of online theoretical knowledge push + offline physical fitness exercises + Tai Chi skills learning, while the control class was given traditional teaching. It is found that:(1) the girls in the experimental class shows a statistically significant difference in the scores of the physical fitness indexes(P < 0.001) after intervention;their performance in 50 meter running, sit and reach, and 800(female)/1 000(male) meter running were significantly improved compared with those of the control class(P < 0.05);(2) for the experimental class students, there exist statistically significant differences in the scores of learning interest and self-efficacy(P < 0.01) before and after the intervention. The scores of boys’ self-efficacy in the two classes are better than girls’(P < 0.05).
