Upholding the people-centered approach is the main line of reform and opening up led by the C.P.C. It not only runs through the entire process of reform and opening up,but is also a practical motivation for the continuous deepening of reform and opening up. The original intention of reform and opening up lies in the people,and the process is driven by the people. As a result,the welfare of the people continues to increase.
