阿加曲班联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死的效果观察

Effect of argatroban combined with aspirin on acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨阿加曲班联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法回顾性纳入赤峰市医院神经内科2019年1月至2020年6月收治的采用药物治疗的急性脑梗死患者200例。根据药物治疗方案,分为阿加曲班联合阿司匹林组和阿司匹林组,每组100例。比较两组治疗前后神经功能恢复情况、生活自理能力情况、临床疗效和炎性因子水平。结果治疗2周后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均低于治疗前,且阿加曲班联合阿司匹林组低于阿司匹林组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组巴氏指数评分均高于治疗前,且阿加曲班联合阿司匹林组巴氏指数评分高于阿司匹林组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,阿加曲班联合阿司匹林组临床总有效率为95.00%(95/100),高于阿司匹林组的78.00%(78/100),P<0.05。结论阿加曲班联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死有较好的临床疗效,可改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能,提升患者的生活自理能力。

Objective To investigate the effect of argatroban combined with aspirin on acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 200 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with drugs in Chifeng Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were included retrospectively.According to drug protocols,they were divided into argatroban combined with aspirin group and aspirin group,with 100 cases in each group.The improvement in neurological function,self-care ability,clinical efficacy,and inflammatory factor level were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and NIHSS score of argatroban combined with aspirin group was significantly lower than that of aspirin group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the Bathel index(BI)scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and BI score of argatroban combined with aspirin group was significantly higher than that of aspirin group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of argatroban combined with aspirin group was 95.00%(95/100),significantly higher than the 78.00%(78/100)of aspirin group(P<0.05).Conclusions Argatroban combined with aspirin has a good clinical effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve patients’neurological function and self-care ability.
