马克思社会再生产理论表明,社会再生产顺利实现的规模效应和结构效应离不开生产、交换、分配、消费四个环节的动态匹配以及各要素和阶段的连续循环周转与世界市场。中国推动构建新发展格局的实质在于修复社会再生产的失衡,关键是要加快提高中高端消费资料生产部门的产品增速。当前,在具备优越经济条件的同时,依然在产业结构升级、要素流动、分配异质性、扩大消费等方面存在困境。只有抓住新一轮技术革命的重要机遇,以扩大内需为战略基点,坚持供给侧结构性改革战略方向,进一步完善体制机制,提高人民收入水平,在更高水平上推动建设开放型世界经济,才能推动实现生产、交换、分配、消费"四驱联动"的社会再生产动态匹配式平衡。

Marx’s theory of social reproduction shows that the scale effect and structure effect of the smooth realization of social reproduction cannot be separated from the dynamic matching of the four links with production, exchange, distribution and consumption, as well as the continuous circulation of various elements and stages and the world market. The essence of building a new development pattern in China is to repair the imbalance of social reproduction, and the key is to accelerate the product growth of high-end consumer goods production sector. At present, with superior economic conditions, there are still difficulties in the upgrading of industrial structure, factor flow, distribution heterogeneity, and expansion of consumption. Only by seizing the important opportunity of the new round of technological revolution, taking expanding domestic demand as the strategic starting point, adhering to the strategic direction of supply-side structural reform, further improving the system and mechanism, improving the people’s income level, and promoting the construction of an open world economy at a higher level, can we promote the realization of the "four drive linkage" of social reproduction dynamic matching balance of production, exchange, distribution and consumption.
