基于维生素D轴探讨糖尿病肾病补肾论治机制

Discussion on Mechanism of Tonifying Kidney in Diabetic Nephropathy Based on Vitamin D Axis

维生素D缺乏与糖尿病肾病(DN)之间存在一定的联系,补充维生素D可有效改善其病情。众多医家认为阴精丢损为DN主要病机且病变以肾为中心,故多从补肾法展开论治,而且研究发现补肾药物在调控维生素D轴的同时又能延缓DN的进展。基于维生素D轴探讨DN补肾论治机制,以期为DN的临床治疗提供新的思路。

Vitamin D deficiency is associated with diabetic nephropathy(DN), and vitamin D supplementation can effectively improve its condition. Many doctors believed that Yin essence loss was the main pathogenesis of DN and the lesions were centered on the kidney, and so the treatment was mainly conducted from the method of tonifyingkidney. Moreover, studies found that kidney-tonifying drugs could not only regulate the vitamin D axis, but also delay the progress of DN. In this paper, the mechanism of tonifying kidney in DN based on vitamin D axis was discussed in order to provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of DN.
