清肺排毒汤治疗妊娠期新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的运用探讨

新型冠状病毒肺炎在中医学中属"疫症",目前尚无确切根治药物,妊娠期女性因用药诸多禁忌,故进一步增加治疗难度。清肺排毒汤因其治疗有效性高、疗效好而被用作新型冠状病毒肺炎临床治疗期的核心方药,妇科分会制定的《妊娠期新型冠状病毒肺炎中医药治疗专家建议》中也对该方有所提及。文章从新冠肺炎病机特点、妊娠期女性发病机制、清肺排毒汤药物组成及妊娠期用药原则等方面展开分析,探讨清肺排毒汤可用于治疗孕妇新冠肺炎的可行性,供临床参考。

COVID-19 belongs to “plague” in traditional Chinese medicine. There is no medicine that can treat it exactly. Pregnant women have many contraindications to medication, further increasing the difficulty of treatment. Qingfei Paidu Decoction is used as a core prescription in the clinical treatment of COVID-19 because of its high therapeutic effectiveness and good curative effect. The Gynecology Branch also mentioned this decoction in the Advice for The Treatment of COVID-19 During Pregnancy in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This article analyzed the pathogenesis of COVID-19,the pathogenesis of women during pregnancy, the composition of Qingfei Paidu Decoction and the principles of medication during pregnancy to objectively explore the feasibility of Qingfei Paidu Decoction in the treatment of COVID-19 in pregnant women, which can be used for clinical reference.
