细节护理联合扶正排毒抗癌方对淋巴瘤护理质量、生活质量的影响

Effect of Detail Nursing Combined with Fuzheng Paidu Kang'ai Decoction(扶正排毒抗癌方)Nursing Quality and Life Quality of Patients with Lymphoma

目的研究探讨细节护理联合扶正排毒抗癌方对淋巴瘤患者的应用及护理质量、生活质量的影响。方法收集医院2018年7月-2020年7月收治的106例淋巴瘤患者为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组各53例。对照组给予扶正排毒抗癌方治疗,观察组联合细节护理干预。对两组患者的护理质量、心理评分、生活质量、不良反应发生率等进行评估对比。结果干预后观察组护理质量评分包括健康教育、护理操作、危重护理、护理文书质量等评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表-14(HAMA-14)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表-17(HAMD-17)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量各项评分包括生理健康、心理健康、社会关系、周围环境评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细节护理联合扶正排毒抗癌方对淋巴瘤患者的应用效果良好,能够改善患者的护理质量和负性情绪,提升患者的生活质量和护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of detail nursing combined with Fuzheng Paidu Kang’ai Decoction(扶正排毒抗癌方) the quality of nursing and life of lymphoma patients.Methods A total of 106 cases of lymphoma patients treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group, 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Fuzheng Paidu Kang’ai Decoction, and the observation group was given detailed nursing intervention. The nursing quality, psychological score, quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention, the nursing quality scores of the observation group, including health education, nursing operation, critical care and nursing document quality, were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of Hamilton anxiety Scale-14(HAMA-14) and Hamilton Depression scale-17(HAMD-17) in the Decoction observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of detail nursing combined with Fuzheng Paidu Kang’ai Decoction on lymphoma patients is good, which can improve the quality of care, the negative emotions of patients, the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
