小儿肺炎中医证型与客观因素相关性研究

肺炎是小儿时期的常见病,是威胁小儿身体健康的危险要素。文章旨在查阅小儿肺炎的相关文献资料,从发病年龄、发病季节、病程、体质、病原体、肺部听诊、胸部X线表现、CRP、白细胞介素、心肌酶谱、FIB、PT、D-Dimer、不同地区、疾病转归等方面详尽阐述近年来小儿肺炎各中医证型客观因素的研究进展,归纳并总结小儿肺炎各中医证型与客观因素的相关性。一方面期望能规范本病的中医证型;另一方面希望为本病的临床辨证论治提供更多客观的理论依据,以充分发挥中医药的优势作用。

Pneumonia is a common disease in childrenand is a risk factor threatening the health of children.The purpose of this paper is toconsult the relevant literature reviews in pediatric pneumoniafrom age, season, course of disease, physical condition, pathogenesis, pulmonary auscultation, chest X-ray manifestation, CRP,IL,myocardial enzyme, FIB,PT,D-Dimer, different areas, prognosis of disease and other aspects of pediatric pneumonia in recent years, all kinds of objective factors of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes research progress, and summarize the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and objective factors of pediatric pneumonia. On the one hand, it is hoping to standardize the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of this disease. On the other hand, it is to provide more objective theoretical basis for the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease and give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.
