基于PPAR信号通路的HIV/AIDS肺脾气虚证脂代谢的调节机制研究

脂代谢是三大物质代谢之一,脂代谢异常与多种疾病发生密切相关,目前与疾病关系的研究已从心脑血管病、异常脂血症扩展至感染性疾病、代谢性疾病、免疫系统疾病、退行性疾病、神经精神疾病及肿瘤等。近年来发现脂代谢异常也常见于艾滋病患者,一方面是由人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染引起的,另一方面是高效联合抗反转录病毒方法(HAART)治疗引起的。在前期课题组通过转录组学技术、蛋白质组学技术、代谢组学技术对HIV/AIDS肺脾气虚证进行检测分析,结果发现差异表达基因、蛋白、代谢物,对差异表达基因、蛋白、代谢物进行了文献分析、生物信息学分析,发现与体内脂质代谢有关,与PPAR信号通路有关。初步探讨了HIV/AIDS肺脾气虚证脂代谢的作用机制,为艾滋病脂质异常的治疗提供新思路。

Lipid metabolism is one of the three major substances metabolism. Abnormal lipid metabolism is closely related to the occurrence of many diseases. At present, the research on the relationship between abnormal lipids and diseases has expanded from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, abnormal lipids to infectious diseases, metabolic diseases, immune system diseases, degenerative diseases, neuropsychiatric diseases and tumors. In recent years, it has been found that abnormal lipid metabolism is also common in AIDS patients. On the one hand, it is caused by HIV infection. On the other hand, it is caused by HAART treatment. Through transcriptome, proteomics and metabonomics, the previous research group detected and analyzed the lung Qi deficiency syndrome of HIV/AIDS. The results showed that differentially expressed genes, proteins and metabolites were detected. Literature analysis and bioinformatics analysis of differentially expressed genes, proteins and metabolites were carried out. It was found that they were related to lipid metabolism in vivo and PPAR signaling pathway. This paper preliminarily discussed the mechanism of lipid metabolism in HIV/AIDS patients with lung Qi deficiency syndrome, and provided a new idea for the treatment of AIDS lipid abnormalities.
