大黄素药理作用研究新进展

New Research Progress on Pharmacological Study of Emodin

大黄素是中药大黄、何首乌和虎杖的主要有效成分,大量研究证明大黄素具有抗癌抗肿瘤、抗炎、镇痛、保护器官等多种药理作用。但大黄素存在极性小、生物利用度低等问题,因此尚未开发成抗肿瘤药物。基于此,综合国内外相关文献,通过归纳总结近3年大黄素的药理作用,并对大黄素的结构修饰进行补充,以期为大黄素的安全用药及研究提供参考。

Emodin is the main active component of Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma),Heshouwu(Polygoni Multiflori Radix) and Huzhang(Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma Et Radix). A large number of studies have proved that emodin has many pharmacological effects, such as anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, organ protection and so on. At present, emodin has little polarity and low bioavailability, and so it has not been developed as an anti-tumor drug. Based on this, this paper summarized the pharmacological effects of emodin in recent three years and supplemented the structural modification of emodin, in order to provide a reference for the safe drug use and research of emodin.
