Introduced the quality management method of transformer Supervision process,analyzed the contents of each stage of the whole process control of transformer supervision,introduced how to use PDCA cycle to continue improve the quality of the supervision in the process of transformer production,put forward by using the fault tree to analyze possible defects of the transformer manufacturing process.It has a certain guiding significance for the supervision process of transformer.
