护理干预措施在重症骨外科疾病患者术后的应用效果探析

Effect of Nursing Intervention Measures on Patients with Severe Orthopedic Surgery after Operation

目的:分析重症骨外科疾病患者术后采用优质护理干预措施的应用效果。方法:本次研究对象为我院收治的80例重症骨外科疾病患者,选取时间段为2018年7月-2019年7月,随机将患者分为人数均为40例的2组,一组为对照组40例、一组为观察组40例;对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采取优质护理干预措施,对2组患者护理效果进行比较。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者护理满意的更高,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛程度低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在重症骨外科疾病患者术后采用优质护理干预措施能取得良好效果,尤其体现在护理的提高、疼痛缓解、并发症发生率降低等方面,该护理干预值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the efeet of applying high-quality nursing interventions in patients with severe orthopedic surgery.Methods:The subjects of this study were 80 patients with severe orthopedic diseases treated in our hospital.The period of time was from July 2018 to July 2019.The patients were randomly divided into two groups of 40 patients each.The control group(40 cases)and the ob-servation group(40 cases);the control group used routine nursing intervention,and the observation group adopted high-quality nursing intervention measures to compare the nuring efects of the two groups of patients.Results:Compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group had higher satisfaction and significant difference(P<0.05).The pain of the patients in the observation group was lower than tht in the control group,and the diference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was low.In the control group,the diference was signifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of high-quality nuring interven-tions for patients with severe orthopedic surgery can achieve good results,especially in the aspects of improved nuring,pain relief,and reduced complications.This nursing intervention is worth promoting.
