肺癌患者术后发生静脉血栓栓塞症的危险因素及防治

Risk factors and prevention of venous thromboembolism in patients with lung cancer after surgery

目前我国肺癌患者数量呈现增长态势,外科手术治疗是肺癌患者在众多治疗方式中的首选治疗方案。而静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)目前已成为肿瘤患者的常见术后并发症,肺癌患者术后并发VTE会直接导致患者术后住院时间延长并增加其致残率和病死率。因此越来越多的国内外学者开始对如何预防肿瘤患者围手术期发生VTE展开研究,以期能降低肺癌患者术后发生VTE的风险、住院时长及住院费用,并促进患者快速康复。本研究现对肺癌患者术后并发VTE的相关危险因素及现有预防方式做一综述。

At present,there is an increasing number of lung cancer patients in China,and surgical treatment is the preferred treatment option among many treatment methods for lung cancer patients.Venous thromboembolism(VTE)has become a common postoperative complication for cancer patients,and the postoperative complication of VTE in lung cancer patients has directly led to prolonged postoperative hospital stay and increased mortality and disability rates.Therefore,more and more scholars at home and abroad have started to study how to prevent VTE in the perioperative period of lung cancer patients,so as to reduce the risk of VTE in lung cancer patients after surgery,reduce the length of stay and the hospitalization cost and promote the rapid recovery of patients.In this paper,the risk factors associated with the postoperative complication of VTE in lung cancer patients and the existing prevention methods are reviewed.
