维生素C对危重心脏手术患者心血管系统的保护机制研究

摘要 近年来,维生素C的生物多效性和抗氧化功能成为人们研究关注的焦点,其对多脏器功能具有一定的保护作用,在临床上也应用于危重心脏手术患者心血管功能障碍的治疗。笔者回顾相关文献资料得知,有大量证据表明,维生素C对各种急性应激事件(如脓毒症、休克、创伤、烧伤、缺血再灌注损伤)的病理生理反应都有积极的影响。本文主要阐述有关维生素C在危重心脏手术患者心血管系统中应用的最新知识,包括危重心脏手术患者应用维生素C的益处以及维生素C在炎症和氧化应激期间对心血管系统功能的影响及保护作用,强调其在危重心脏手术患者炎症抑制及心律失常方面的应用效果,以期更好的指导临床工作。 In recent years,the biologic versatility and antioxidant function of vitamin C have become a study concern due to its protective effects on multiple organ functions,it is also used clinically in the treatment of cardiovascular dysfunction in patients undergoing critical heart surgery.The authors reviewed the relevant literatures and learned that there are substantial evidences that vitamin C has a positive effect on the pathophysiological response to various acute stressful events(e.g.,sepsis,shock,trauma,burn,and ischemia reperfusion injury).This paper reviews the latest knowledge about the application of vitamin C in the cardiovascular system of critically ill patients undergoing cardiac surgery,including the benefits of vitamin C as well as the impacts and protective effects of vitamin C on cardiovas cular system function during inflammation and oxidative stress.In addition,the paper emphasizes the application effect of vitamin C in terms of inflammation suppression and arrhythmias in critically ill patients undergoing cardiac surgery,thus providing better guidance on clinical work.
