形成性评价是侧重于教学过程评价的一种评价方式,目的是完善教学活动及实现教学目标,核心为反馈和改进。把形成性评价应用于临床医学专业硕士研究生临床能力的培养,注重培养过程中对临床能力实时考核与评价,引导教学培训正确进行,提高培养质量,并探索新的培养模式和考评方法,为临床能力考评体系的建立提供参考。

Formative evaluation is a form of evaluation focusing on teaching process evaluation,aiming at improving teaching activities and achieving teaching objectives,with feedback and improvement as the core.This study applies formative evaluation to the training of clinical competence of master's degree students majoring in clinical medicine,focusing on real-time assessment and evaluation of clinical competence in the training process,guiding teaching and training properly,improving training quality and exploring new training modes and assessment methods,so as to provide a reference for the establishment of clinical competenc e assessment system.
