术前访谈在造血干细胞移植术患者中的应用

Application of preoperative interview in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

目的探讨术前访谈在造血干细胞移植术患者中的应用价值。方法选择广东省第二人民医院2019年7—12月准备进行造血干细胞移植术的36例患者作为对照组,另选2020年1—6月准备进行造血干细胞移植术的36例患者作为观察组。对照组采取常规术前宣教方法,观察组患者以术前访谈的方式进行术前宣教,比较两组患者对造血干细胞移植术相关知识的知晓度、干预前后两组患者和家属焦虑评分情况及护理满意度情况。结果干预后观察组患者对发病机制、手术目的、手术方法、注意事项及并发症预防等方面的知晓度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者和家属的焦虑评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者对护理内容、护理方法、服务态度、护患沟通及护理技巧等方面的护理满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将术前访谈用于造血干细胞移植术患者中能够明显提高患者对造血干细胞移植术相关知识的知晓度,可有效缓解患者及家属术前焦虑情绪,同时提高了患者对护理的满意度,有借鉴意义。

Objective To explore the application value of preoperative interview in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods A total of 36 patients who were prepared for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from July to December 2019 in the Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital were selected as the control group,and another 36 patients who were prepared for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from January to June 2020 were selected as the observation group.Patients in the control group received the conventional preoperative education,while patients in the observation group received preoperative interview as preoperative education.The knowledge of patients about hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,the anxiety scores of patients and their families before and after the intervention,and the nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,patients in the observation group knew significantly more about the pathogenesis,surgical purpose,surgical method,precautions and complication prevention than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the anxiety s cores of patients and their families were significantly lower in the obs ervation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the patients'nursing satisfaction with the nursing content,nursing method,service attitude,nurse-patient communication and nursing skills was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of preoperative interview in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can significantly improve patients'knowledge about hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,effectively alleviate preoperative anxiety of patients and their families,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction,which has reference significance.
