手术室优化护理管理模式对骨科无菌手术切口感染的预防效果

Analysis of the preventive effect of optimized nursing management mode in the operating room on incision infection after orthopedic aseptic operation

目的探讨手术室优化护理管理模式对骨科无菌手术切口感染的预防效果。方法回顾性分析2018年4月至2020年5月广东医科大学附属第二医院收治的98例骨科无菌手术患者资料,其中2018年4月至2019年4月行常规手术室护理期间收治的49例为对照组,2019年5月至2020年5月行手术室优化护理管理模式期间收治的49例为研究组。持续观察至患者出院,比较两组手术室空气质量、手术情况、术后切口感染率及患者满意度。结果研究组空气细菌含量、术中出血量为(9.48±2.26)cfu/m^(3)、(257.29±42.13)ml,低于对照组的(13.12±3.25)cfu/m^(3)、(305.61±54.48)ml,手术时间为(149.83±22.67)min,短于对照组的(173.06±29.42)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后切口感染发生率为4.08%,低于对照组的16.33%,患者满意度为95.92%,高于对照组的81.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室优化护理管理模式能够提升手术室空气质量,缩短骨科无菌手术时间,减少出血量,增强切口感染预防效果,提升患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of optimized nursing management mode in the operating room on incision infection after orthopedic aseptic operation.Methods The data of 98 patients undergoing orthopedic aseptic operation admitted to The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from April 2018 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.49 patients admitted during the period of performing conventional nursing in the operating room from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the control group,while 49 cases admitted during the period of performing optimized nursing management mode in the operating room from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the study group.These patients were continuously observed until they were discharged from the hospital.The two groups were compared in terms of air quality in the operating room,operative condition,the incidence of postoperative incision infection,and patient satisfaction.Results The bacterial content in the air and the intraoperative blood loss in the study group were(9.48±2.26)cfu/m^(3) and(257.29±42.13)ml respectively,which were lower than(13.12±3.25)cfu/m^(3) and(305.61±54.48)ml respectively in the control group.Meanwhile,the operating duration in the study group was(149.83±22.67)min,which was shorter than that in the control group(173.06±29.42)min.All the above-mentioned indicators show statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In addition,the incidence of postoperative incision infection in the study group(4.08%)was lower than that in the control group(16.33%),and patient satisfaction in the study group(95.92%)was higher than that in the control group(81.63%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of optimized nursing management mode in the operating room can improve the air quality in the operating room,shorten the duration of orthopedic aseptic operation,reduce blood loss,enhance the preventive effect on incision infection and increase patient satisfaction.
